Overall, the printer is very good. The software didn't install on an older OS as stated, but when moved to a modern machine it worked perfectly. The manual seems translated into English and isn't very good, but the software itself isn't too hard to figure out. For the price, it is the best value that I have seen. Overall, we are very pleased with the product.

Perfect for our needs!

We are a small business that needed an ID bade printer. We purchased the SMart 21 printer. It was relatively easy to set up and the assistance from IDP was phenomenal. I made the right choice with this badge printer!
